I support senior leaders the way an operations doula supports delivery—steady presence, clean structure, and full-term execution.
I’m an Executive Operations Doula (Executive Operations Partner) with 20+ years of experience supporting CEOs, VPs, Chiefs of Staff, and leadership teams by translating strategic priorities into operating cadence, team autonomy, and execution precision.
In high-visibility environments, outcomes don’t come from effort alone — they come from decision clarity, ownership integrity, and operational alignment.
My background spans executive operations, finance and budget oversight, HR support, procurement compliance, training, and stakeholder engagement across government and mission-driven organizations.
What I strengthen inside the business:

Alongside my work in executive operations, I’m completing my B.S. in Business Administration at University of the People—strengthening my research, systems thinking, and organizational leadership lens.
I also serve as a Founding Council member of the 300K Black Women initiative, supporting collective growth, recovery, and opportunity-building at scale.
