Services (Coaching, Consulting, Speaking Engagements):

All coaching services, consulting sessions, workshops, and speaking engagements are non-refundable once purchased or booked.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled service, you may request to reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice (subject to availability).
• No refunds will be provided for missed or unattended sessions without proper notice.

Physical Products (Journals, Gift Sets, Tumblers, Merchandise):

All sales of physical products are final due to the limited-edition nature and exclusivity of our items.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert support email].
• Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged item(s).
• Approved claims will receive a replacement of the damaged item (pending inventory availability).
• No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or shipping delays outside our control.

Digital Products (E-books, Workbooks, Devotionals, Downloads):

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once digital content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Once an order is placed for services, physical goods, or digital products, it cannot be canceled or modified.
